Rebeca “Becks” Lange is the founder of The Negative Club, a creative practice working across direction, photography and senior creative project leadership. Her work moves between fashion, music, culture and hospitality, with a particular obsession for subcultures rooted in music, nightlife and youth. She brings a sixth sense for feeling and depth to every brief, translating instinct into colour, images, worlds and experiences.

My background in fashion taught me how to protect a brand while delivering at global scale. Music taught me how culture, instinct and community turn an idea into something people feel. Photography keeps me attentive to what is honest, specific and worth remembering.

I lead campaigns, activations, visual identities and experiences from brief to launch, bringing clarity to the process without losing the creative ambition. That means creative direction, client services, production oversight, budgets, timelines, workflows and the people who make the work possible. I also build efficient working systems, using AI where it adds clarity, speed and structure to project management.

I care about ideas with a point of view: work that can live as an image, an object, a film, a room, a night or a memory. I’m as invested in making the vision clear as I am in making sure it is realised properly.

The Negative Club is my Paris-based creative practice, where those worlds come together for brands, artists and cultural projects with something real to say. I bring together trusted collaborators around each project, building the right team for the idea and its delivery.”
